  • Open Premiere Pro and create a new project.
  • Set the aspect ratio to 9:16, which is the recommended aspect ratio for YouTube Shorts.
  • Import your video footage or create a new sequence.
  • Edit your video to the desired length and add any necessary effects or transitions.
  • Once you're satisfied with your video, export it using the YouTube Shorts export settings.
  • Upload your video to YouTube Shorts.
Here are some more detailed steps to help you create YouTube Shorts in Premiere Pro:

  • Open Premiere Pro and create a new project. To do this, go to "File" > "New" > "Project".
  • In the "New Project" window, set the name of your project and select the location where you want to save it. Then, click "OK".
  • In the "New Sequence" window, set the sequence presets to match the aspect ratio and resolution of YouTube Shorts. To do this, select "Custom" from the presets drop-down menu and enter the following settings:
