This solution works for both errors of fifa online 4, i.e. directx error of fifa online 4 and gpu driver error of fifa online 4. Also, launcher error of fifa online 4 can be fixed with this directx emulator solution.
When you fresh install fifa online 4 in pc via Garena, then after clicking play button, you may get message as shown in image below :
Now, you need Directx Emulator and Edit List there. For that, you should download DXCPL File. Click Below.
DOWNLOAD DXCPL from here (Directx Emulator)
Once downloaded, open DXCPL as an administrator.
Now, change setting as shown in image below (see highlighted with yellow).
Then click Edit List, and add 2 files of fifa online 4 there. See image below.
Now Click Ok/Apply. Run the game.
