So problem shows up in origin when you try to login. This was tested in Windows 10 Origin setup. And solution fix works fine. 

 

Some recent update might have created such problem. 

Solve step 1 : Download Origin Setup. (Click here to download)

Solve step 2 : Use any vpn. (we need this just for login purpose). I am using betternet. See image below.

Solve step 3 : Get connected and try login again. It will work.
