- At first go to play store and download the Nagarik App.
- Now you need to register.
- For that, register with your mobile number.
- Your mobile number must be registered in your own name.
- Upload citizenship details. (if not automatically detected).
- Select PAN card.
- Fill the form as required.
- Upload clear half size photo via app.
- Finish (PAN Card created).
- Now you can download and print your pan card.
- You can use this pan card wherever required, like in bank for dollor card.
